Our health is impacted by more than the usual culprits of diet and exercise. The Duke Health and Well-Being approach addresses how the components of whole person health-body, mind and spirit, combined with attention to your personal community-are all interconnected. Using inquiry, personal discovery and accountability, as a Health and Well-Being Coach, I will help support you in self-discovering your best Clear Path to a successful health-style.
